Colin Powell

Colin Powell is a retired four-star general in the United States Army. He served as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs at the time of the Gulf War to liberate Kuwait. Later, he was the first African-American to serve as Secretary of State, which he did in the administration of George W. Bush.
