Warsaw, Krakow Poland	July 28-29, 1975	Official visit; met with First Secretary Gierek.
Helsinki Finland	July 29-August 2, 1975	Attended opening session of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe. Met with the heads of state and governments of Finland, Great Britain, Turkey, West Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Also met with Soviet General Secretary Brezhnev. Signed the Final Act of the Conference on August 1.

Belgrade Yugoslavia	August 3-4, 1975	Official visit; met with President Tito and Prime Minister Bijedic.
Rambouillet France	November 15-17, 1975	Attended Economic Summit meeting of the heads of state and governments of France, the Federal Republic of Germany, Italy, Japan and the United Kingdom.
Peking People's Republic of China	December 1-5, 1975	Official visit; met with Chairman Mao Zedong and Vice Premier Teng Hsiao-ping.
Jakarta Indonesia	December 5-4, 1975	Official visit; met with President Suharto.
