Spokane County |
Spokane County is home to the city of Spokane, the county seat and acknowledged center of the Rocky Mountain Gateway. It is connected to the east and west by Interstate 90.
The Spokane River flows through the city of Spokane and into the Columbia River to the west. Other major communities in Spokane County include Cheney, home of Eastern Washington University, and Deer Park.
