The park is at the confluence of the Wenatchee and Columbia rivers and features an interpretive trail with 3 kiosks.

In addition, the park offers camping, picnicking, fishing, boating, water skiing, sailing, windsurfing, swimming, tennis, basketball, volleyball, biking, birdwatching and nordic skiing in winter. Campsites include full-hookups and standard tent sites. Use the Washington State Parks reservation system for individual sites and the number below for hookups.

The Washington State Parks system includes more than 125 developed parks and covers about a quarter million acres.
