Tennant Lake Nat. Hist. Interp. Center

The site is a unique wetland area adjacent to Hovander Homestead and is open year round. It offers a variety of exhibits and programs, including hands-on activities for children, an on-site naturalist, nature walk, and a boardwalk trail around the lake.

The Fragrance Garden is specially designed for the visually impaired - plants have singular smells and textures and are identified in braille. Also visit the award-winning Children's Garden, designed to teach kids about the environment through gardening programs
