Strait of Juan de Fuca Highway

This byway, in the northwest corner of the state, reaches farther out into the Pacific Ocean than any other point of mainland in the lower 48 states.

The Strait of Juan de Fuca Highway follows the shoreline of a glacial fjord that connects Puget Sound to the Pacific Ocean. The highway provides access to Olympic National Park beaches.
