Stonehenge

Stonehenge is located on a cliff overlooking the Columbia River near the Maryhill Museum of Art. It is the most accurate actual-size replica of the original Stonehenge in the United States.

It was built as a memorial to the men of Klickitat County killed in World War I.

Stonehenge was the first memorial to be built to honor servicemen who had died in WW I, and dedicated in July, 1918.
