Pacific Rim Bonsai Collection |
An outdoor museum of living art, featuring more than 50 bonsai displayed in a woodland setting. The one-acre facility was established as a symbol of the importance of trading relationships with Pacific Rim countries.
Bonsai from China, Korea, Taiwan, Canada, Japan, and the United States are displayed.
Several of the trees are more than 500 years old.
The collection is owned and operated by Weyerhauser Company and is free of charge.
Gardens are open to the public throughout Washington.
