Point Roberts Washington |
Whatcom County's Point Roberts is isolated from the United States, adjacent to mainland Canada. A local survey for the 49th parallel (the boundary between the U.S. and Canada) began at Point Roberts and is commemmorated with a monument at the site to that effect.
