Located next to the Northwest's only operating commercial nuclear power plant, the center decribes the workings of a nuclear power plant through interactive and informational exhibits and displays.
Highlights include exhibits explaining the atom-splitting and power-generation process, a comparison of nuclear energy with other sources of electric power and an energy generating bicycle. The center is free of charge.
