Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary covers over 3,300-square miles of marine waters off the Olympic Peninsula coastline. The sanctuary provides habitat for one of the most diverse marine mammal faunas in North America. The sanctuary also includes traditional fishing areas for four coastal Indian tribes: Makah Nation, Quileute Tribe, Hoh River Native American Tribe, Quinault Indian Nation.
