Medical Lake Washington |
Medical Lake is a community west of Spokane, founded in the late 1800s by Andrew Lefevre, a French Canadian. He discovered that by bathing in the lake waters, his arthritis and rheumatism were cured. He named the lake "Lac de Medicine" for its healing properties.
