The Yoga Circle Offer various styles of hatha yoga, prenatal yoga, pilates, personal training, ayurveda, children & teen yoga, specialty classes & womens retreats. They create an environment that is comfortable, supportive, and non-judgemental, to give you the freedom to explore and advance at you own pace. All postures can be modified to suit the needs of any student, and when performed with awareness in a slow, controlled manner there is little or no risk of injury. Their hope is that you find a class you enjoy and can make it a regular part of your life.
