The proprietor, Irmgard Pierson, is a native of Munich, Germany and has been in the international hospitality industry for more than 15 years. With her garden of herbs and vegetables, access to mountains of fresh berries, wild mushrooms and local farm products - Irmgard creates amazing meals for her guests.
