Eckstein Middle School

Eckstein is located in Seattle, Washington and is part of the Seattle Public Schools. Eckstein Jr. High first opened in 1950 and was named in honor of Nathan Eckstein and later became a middle school serving nearly 1400 students in grades six - eight. Each grade is divided into interdisciplinary teams of teachers from the core subject areas. Eckstein offers a variety of elective courses including art, computer applications, foreign language, music, and more. In addition, it provides a wealth of other activities through the After Schools Activity Program.
