Grand Coulee Washington |
Grand Coulee, along with Coulee Dam, and Electric City, was built for workers on the Grand Coulee Dam. Grand Coulee is actually split among three counties. The town straddles the Columbia River and offers access to Franklin D Roosevelt Lake and the high basalt cliffs along both banks of the river.
