Aikido Academy for Children and Adults has two complete Aikido programs for children and Adults that stress the qualities of respect, self-esteem and perseverance. Adult program stresses the self-defense part of Aikido and mind and body connection. Advanced adult class is for those who have achieved a certain amount of training which is to be determined by the instructor. The techniques taught in this class are fast moving and challenging and practice a wide range of techniques from knife and sword take away, to advanced falling. All of this is done in a safe and friendly environment.
