The Cowlitz County Historical Museum was founded in 1949 to uncover the history of Cowlitz County and Southwest Washington. Visit the Cowlitz County Historical Museum and discover how the land and rivers of Cowlitz County have shaped the lives of people for hundreds of years.
Exhibits include portions of a loggers' bunkhouse, a railroad depot, a 1925 Model "T" truck, a reassembled log cabin with period furnishings, a Cowlitz Indian canoe and other Native American artifacts.
