Coldwater Ridge Visitor Center |
The center, located within the National Volcanic Monument, offers spectacular views of the Upper Toutle River Valley, Coldwater Lake, Johnson Ridge, and the crater and lava dome of Mount St. Helens, 7 miles in the distance.
Interactive exhibits and a 6-minute multimedia presentation relate the eruption of the volcano and the return of life to the devastated region.
Visit our gift shop, and restaurant with a selection of sandwiches, soups, salads, and drinks.
Coldwater Ridge Visitor Center welcomes over a million visitors each year and is open year round.
