The winery is located on the grounds of the acclaimed restaurant, Caf Juanita. Winemaker/owner of Cavatappi Winery, Peter Dow specializes in the Italian varietals Nebbiolo and Sangiovese, and in some years he produces Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Italian grapes are cultivated in the Yakima Valley. Open by private appointment only.
