Bridgman Cellars
|
In 1993 Washington Hills Cellars introduced a new brand to honor one of the pioneers of the Washington Wine industry, William B. Bridgman. This line of wines, labeled simply Bridgman, emphasizes the use of newer varietals produced in smaller lots -- Viognier and Syrah, for instance. Bridgman wines also encompass many of the same varieties as Washington Hills, but with more fruit intensity and greater use of oak barrel aging. They can be tasted at the Washington Hills tasting room in Sunnyside.
