Bogachiel State Park

Bogachiel State Park Forks, Washington (State Parks) image

Located on the banks of the Bogachiel River, this thickly forested 123-acre park is impressive in its beauty. With 2,800 feet of freshwater shoreline, the park provides standard, RV, and primitive campsites, as well as opportunities for hiking, fishing, and rafting.

The park is situated on the tip of the Hoh Rainforest. Lush rainforest terrain is formed from the dense rainfall (140-160 inches per year) that occurs in this region.

The park was established in 1931.

The Washington State Parks system includes more than 125 developed parks and covers about a quarter million acres.
