Ash Hollow Winery

Ash Hollow Winery is a boutique winery operation which focuses on producing ultra-premium quality wines. A sense of place is pervasive – the entire team focuses on producing wines that showcase the vineyards and the extraordinary terroir of Washington.

The estate vineyard features the red wine grape varietals that have made Walla Walla Valley famous - varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The first wine released was a custom, ultra-premium red wine blend of the two.
