Located at the northeast extreme end of Whidbey Island, Ala Spit is Island County's newest recreation area and a special favorite of bird watchers. Offers stunning views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, the San Juan Islands, and Vancouver Island. Stroll the beach, enjoy the view, and bring a picnic (facilities near the beach). Day use only.
