Permian Regional Medical Center
Permian Regional Medical Center (PRMC), based in Andrews, Texas, is recognized for its widespread distinction in healthcare services in Andrews County and the surrounding communities.
Established in 1941, the facility is accredited by Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
Formerly called Andrews County Hospital, PRMC is involved in a variety of inpatient and outpatient services. It encompasses a group of facilities such as Level IV Trauma Center, Birthing Center, Sleep Disorder Lab, Wellness Center, Express Care Clinic, and Home Respiratory Care. In addition, the hospital provides innovative radiology, surgical, and dietary services.
Express Care Clinic, a walk-in clinic at the Emergency Room, is dedicated to giving appropriate emergency services. The Wellness Center at PRMC, a state-of-the-art exercise facility, includes swimming pool, whirlpool, steam room, dry sauna, and a weight room with cardio equipment.
PRMC’s Home Health, a full-service agency, is responsible for home-based health services. A complete range of rehabilitation therapies and nutritional counseling facility is also offered.
