Warner Mountain Lookout |
Warner Mountain Lookout is in the Willamette National Forest at 5,800 ft elev. The location is off a spur road of Forest Service Road #2129 which is accessible from Highway 58.
Based upon early designs, this post was built in the 1980's. A 14' by 14' cabin that is perched on a 40-foot tower. The cabin includes a catwalk, Toilet, No potable water is available.
Available November through May. Maximum stay is seven nights.
Since access is difficult, as much as 10 miles through snow, only experienced outdoorsmen should attempt access to this site.
