Waldo Lake Wilderness |
The 37,162 acre Waldo Lake Wilderness is located in the Willamette National Forest near Oakridge. There is an impressive array of lakes scattered throughout the wilderness, including Eddeeleo Lakes and Quinn Lakes. Waldo Lake, one of the purest in the world, is located just outside the eastern boundary of the wilderness. There are approximately 84 miles of trails within the wilderness which lead to many lakes and meadows. The Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail passes through the eastern part of the wilderness.
