Aikido of Albany provides training in Aikido, a Japanese martial art, which had its roots in Daito-Ryu Aikijujitsu. Aikido promotes mind and body coordination, awareness, physical conditioning, calm mind, sincerity, and self-defense. The training methods of this dojo are traditional including weapons training.
