Starr Campground |
On Starr Ridge in the Malheur National Forest fifteen miles south of John Day. Five tent sites and eight sites for trailers/RVs up to 25 feet, with picnic tables, fire grills, and vault toilets, but no piped water. Leashed pets permitted. No reservations/fee. Open early May to Nov. Contact the Blue Mountain Ranger District for more information.
