Springhill Cellars is dedicated to proving that proximity to Portland or Eugene is not an essential element in winemaking. Yes, like those to the North and South, we have layered pastoral and tree-covered hillsides views over our vineyard and a small lake for your picnic pleasure. But we know that it will take the highest quality Pinot noir, Pinot gris, Chardonnay and Riesling wines to draw your attention to the viticultural frontier of the Mid-Willamette Valley.
