On the Grande Ronde River in the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, 29 miles from LaGrande on I84, Hwy 244, and F.S. Rd 51. Sixteen sites for tents, trailers, or RVs up to 22 feet, with picnic tables, fire grills, firewood, and vault toilets available. No piped water. Leashed pets permitted. No reservations or fees. Open late May to late November. Contact the La Grande Ranger District for more information.
