On Scott Lake in Willamette National Forest. Located 17 miles east of McKenzie Bridge, off Highway 126 on Forest Service Road #2649. From McKenzie Bridge, travel east on Hwy 126 for 3 miles to [hwy242]. Follow Hwy 242 for 14 miles to Scott Lake Campground.
There are 20 walk-in tent sites with pit toilets and NO potable water is available. No cut firewood is available. Leashed pets permitted. The major activities are: Camping, fishing photography and hiking. Wonderful views of the Three Sisters over this quiet mountain lake are photo perfect. The use of this camp is moderate. The elevation is 4,800 feet.
No fees or reservations are required, but there is the usual 14-day limit on camping. Open late June to early Sept.
Note: No Motorized Water Craft Allowed on Lake.
