St. Charles Hospital

The St. Charles Hospital specializes in heart, cancer, and orthopedic care. It has 181 beds including a 12-bed Rehabilitation Center for patients suffering from stroke, head injury and other debilitating illnesses and injuries. The hospital is a Level II trauma center. They have over 200 physicians on the medical staff. Services include Critical Care Unit, Epilepsy Monitoring, General Surgery, Laboratory Services, Lithotripsy, Outpatient Surgery, and Pastoral Care. In addition they offer a wide range of community education programs. The hospital has received several awards such as Norman Cousins Award, Big Cog Award, and Oregon Quality Award.
