On Crane Prairie Reservoir in the Deschutes National Forest. There are 41 sites for tents, trailers, or RVs up to 30 feet, with picnic tables, fire grills, hand-pumped water, and vault toilets. Nearby boat launch. Leashed pets okay. No reservations. Open late April to mid-Oct. For more information, contact the Bend-Fort Rock Ranger District.
