Parkdale is located in Hood River County south of Hood River and Columbia River along Hwy 35, on the eastern slopes of Mount Hood; Also situated within the Mount Hood National Forest along the banks of the East Fork Hood River.
There is also a Parkdale, Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Popular Outdoor Activities for the sleepy community of Parkdale include plenty of hunting, fishing and snow skiing (mthoodme). There is a fish hatchery to the north of town along the Hood River.
