Nehalem Bay State ParkHorses Welcome! |

Situated on a sandspit between Nehalem Bay and the ocean, the park is a sand-dune sheltered campground with 6 miles of ocean beach frontage and a popular horse camp.
Facilities include 18 yurts, 267 electrical campsites, 17 horse campsites with corrals, primitive fly-in campsites for the adjacent air strip, and a hiker/biker camp. A picnic area, restroom and shower facilities, boat ramp, meeting hall, and waste water disposal station are also provided.
Campground open year-round. Max RV, 60 feet. A variety of wildlife roam the park, including deer, elk, coyote, and birds.
Quality experiences await visitors to more than 200 state parks managed for the public by the Oregon State Parks.
