Mongold Day Use Area |
This day-use area is 1.5 miles west of Detroit Lake State Park. It is the only public boat launch facility on the lake with a swimming area, picnic facilities, and restrooms. Fishing and windsurfing are popular here. Mongold is a year-round area.
