Join the fun at Marine Discovery Tours, the official cruise company of the Oregon Coast Aquarium in Newport. This one-of-a-kind marine attraction offers two "vacation have-to's": their original 2-hour SeaLife Cruise aboard the 65-foot DISCOVERY and a 1-hour Adventure Ride aboard the OREGON ROCET, a 27 foot 'zodiac style' speed boat. Both boats are custom-designed for passenger comfort and enjoyment.
Their lively and interactive "aquarium style" programs feature a team of friendly naturalists who share g reat stories and activities, while cruising in search of sea life. Family favorites aboard the DISCOVERY include navigation and crabbing demonstrations. The OREGON ROCKET is an adventure that includes a search for sea life, scenery and speed while wearing cozy all-weather suits and goggles! The journey combines ocean, bay and river. Boat cruises are available from March through October, the peak season for sighting sea life during the best weather and ocean conditions.
