Lower Rogue River Trail #1168 |
This trail offers a scenic trek through one of Oregon's rain forests. Wildlife is abundant in the area. View the scenic waterfall at Auberry Creek, and walk through Adams Prairie - the site of an old Curry County homestead and school. Old growth Douglas fir trees over 500 years old can be seen, as well as an abundance of wildflowers. For information and/or directions, contact the Gold Beach Ranger District.
