Hug Point State Park |
This little wayside, just south of Cannon Beach, provides easy beach access and visitors can view Haystack Rock from here. Visitors may walk along the original trail carved into the point by stagecoaches. The wayside was named after this trail because it hugs the point.
Hug Point State Recreation Site includes a stagecoach trail, and two caves. Watch for sudden high tides.
