Howard Prairie Lake Resort |
There are 300 campsites for tents, trailers or RVs, with electric, water, sewer, 24 hour security and picnic tables provided. Flush toilets, propane, dump, showers, firewood, a store, cafe, laundry, boat docks and rental, moorage and ramp are available. The campground is open from mid-April through October. Reservations are not accepted. This is one of the largest campgrounds within a hundred miles. To reach this resort from Ashland, go east on Hwy 66 to Dead Indian Memorial Rd, then 19 miles east to Howard Prairie Rd and five miles south to the lake.
