Harney County Chamber of Commerce

The purpose of the Harney County Chamber of Commerce is to assist in constantly improving the quality of life for the residents of the county. It does this through promoting economic wellbeing by encouraging industry, business, and tourism. The chamber takes stands on important issues and implements action on these stands. All these are aimed at making Harney County an increasingly desirable place in which to live, invest, and work.

The Chamber is associated with Grant and Malheur counties in promoting Southeast Oregon as a destination for tourists. It is important that the ranching community and the environment not be hurt while more visitors enjoy the area.
