Franz Family Bakeries |
Franz Bakery is the largest family owned bakery west of the Mississippi. The bakery provides quality baked goods for grocery, restaurant, food service, and institutional customers.
Tours groups of up to 60 are welcome. Tours must be scheduled in advance and are available Labor Day through the next June. Visitors enjoy a snack of bread, butter, and apple juice, plus gift bags to take home.
