Fort Clatsop Historical Association

The Fort Clatsop Historical Association was established November 29, 1964 as a non-profit organization for the purpose of supporting National Park Service educational & interpretive activities at Fort Clatsop National Memorial. The Association receives no public funds nor is it supported by any private endowment.

Since Fort Clatsop National Memorial is the only National Park Service site dedicated solely to commemorating the Lewis and Clark Expedition, the Fort Clatsop Historical Association's efforts have been focused on helping Fort Clatsop National Memorial educate the public about the Lewis and Clark Expedition's significance and historical impact.
