Oregon Rural Adventures

Visiting an Oregon farm or winery presents a unique and exciting experience. Most farms are family owned and delight in sharing their love of Oregon's agriculture and lifestyle with visitors. These farmers grow an amazing variety of delicious food products and touring these places gives visitors the opportunity to see the farms and share the intensely flavored products grown there.

Many Farmers Markets can also be found at roadside and in many communities during the summer and fall months where fresh orchard fruit and vegetable crops are plentiful.

Other rural areas of Oregon invite visitors to Guest Ranches, beautiful outdoor gardens and other outdoor adventures.

To learn more about how you can help preserve America's farmland, visit the American Farmland Trust.
