Eagle Creek Trail

Forest Service Trail #440

Located in the Columbia River Gorge Nat'l Scenic Area between Bonneville Dam and Cascade Locks, Eagle Creek Trail is chiseled into the cliffs high above Eagle Creek and is a favorite of hikers. The trail passes Metalko, Punch Bowl, Loowit and Tunnel falls before joining the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail. Picnic areas, swimming, and campgrounds are available.

One of the highlights of this trail is the dozens of waterfalls filling the mossy side canyons with continuous runoff.
