D River State Park |
This small recreation site on the south side of the D River provides easy beach access, plus restrooms and interpretive signs.
The D River is the shortest river in the world, flowing a mere 120 feet from Devils Lake into the ocean. The D River State Recreation Site is home to two of the world's largest kite festivals every spring and fall.
