Deschutes Brewery was founded in 1988. The first brewery ever in Bend, Deschutes was named for the wild and scenic Deschutes River and for Deschutes County where the business is located. Deschutes Brewery produces handcrafted, traditional style ales and lagers. Be sure to stop the Deschutes Brewery & Public House for a bite to eat and a pint to drink.
