Cape Perpetua Campground |
This campground has a group site that can accommodate 100 campers, plus 37 sites for RVs, tents or trailers up to 22 feet long. There are picnic tables and fire grills and flush toilets, portable water, and dump station available. Pets permitted.
Reservations are required for the group site and the campground is open from mid-May to late September. It is located three miles south of Yachats on Highway 101. A visitor information center at Cape Perpetua provides hiking and driving maps.
There is a movie about the areas and info on tidepools and picnic spots. The coastal cliffs are a good place for Whale Watching.
