Cottage Grove Oregon

This community is located in southern Lane County 20 miles south of Eugene along Interstate 5. Settled between two rivers, Cottage Grove is a recreation center for south Lane County. Area attractions include five covered Bridges, two lakes (Cottage Grove & Dorena), two golf courses, numerous streams, historic homes, and the Bohemia gold-mining district.

Downtown Cottage Grove and nine local houses are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Those on foot can easily stroll through town to visit antique shops, restaurants, galleries and specialty shops. In addition, cyclists, equestrians and joggers can use the Row River Trail, a paved, 14-mile multi-use path that leads to Dorena Reservoir and the Cascades.

The town's biggest celebration is the annual Bohemia Days.
